Testing
To help our customers select products and establish accuracy and resolution requirements, Scalar Technologies can offer our extensive test facilities and provide a free basic measurement service on samples for evaluation purposes. Our laboratory test and measurement team will be able to provide initial test results within a couple of working days after receipt of the samples.
In order to speed up testing of your samples, please tell us who you are, and give us some information about the film to be tested.
For a single layer sample, please specify the film material, its refractive index, if known, and the approximate thickness of the material.
For samples with multiple layers, please specify the film material, its refractive index, if known, and the approximate thickness of that layer. For the coatings, or other layers, please specify the same parameters if possible.
